1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Stickman Siege: Castle Defense ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is developed and operated by OrangeBerries ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to the Android release and any future platform releases.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Game
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game
- Distributing, sublicensing, or selling copies of the Game
- Using the Game for any commercial purpose
3. In-Game Content and Currency
The Game uses two in-game currencies: Gold and Stickman Cores. These are earned through gameplay and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Any virtual items, troops, ranks, or progress earned in the Game are licensed to you, not owned. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-game content at any time.
4. Leaderboard and Username
If you choose a display name for the leaderboard, you agree not to use a name that is offensive, impersonates another person, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove or modify any username at our discretion without notice.
Leaderboard scores are recorded based on waves survived. Any attempt to manipulate scores through exploits, hacks, or unauthorized means may result in removal from the leaderboard.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Interfere with the Game's servers or other players' experience
- Use the Game in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game — including but not limited to artwork, code, audio, character designs, and the "God Hands" mechanic — is owned by OrangeBerries or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that content beyond the limited license in Section 2.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrangeBerries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
